There is a qt-mobility package in KDE:Extra as that there is currently only one package that requires is and that is Plasma Media Center. Nothing else in KDE is requiring this qt-mobility package.
What provides what in Fedora it/they do in openSUSE, libimobiledevice4? This has nothing to do with qt-mobility, as that this is the library required to access iOS devices.
