Following the below, I tried to install smplayer-qt5 While trying to run smplayer-qt5, I find the following error, "Qt Warning - invalid keysym: dead_actute" smplayer: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/libQt5DBus.so.5: undefined symbol: _ZN9QMetaType30hasRegisteredConverterFunctionEii Is this a bug or did I miss something? Hey All
I am trying to install plasma-next-session with kde and get KDE5 running on 13.1.
When I choose the plasma-next desktop option and login, I get the following error "
Could not start D-Bus. Can you Call qdbus? Error please help "
I found only Xorg logs,
" HD Graphics 4400, HD Graphics 4200, Iris(TM) Pro Graphics 5200 [ 58.466] (II) modesetting: Driver for Modesetting Kernel Drivers: kms [ 58.466] (II) FBDEV: driver for framebuffer: fbdev [ 58.466] (II) VESA: driver for VESA chipsets: vesa [ 58.466] (++) using VT number 7

However, the latest KDE SC works perfectly fine on my system. Any hints?
