What about Plasma Next?
Hi Roman, depending on upstream schedule, and software state, it's possible we'll have at least some components in 13.2 (Note that upstream has no intention of making Plasma Next co-installable - excuse me for the language, but think of it as GNOME2 -> GNOME3 transition). Until then, you're free to test the current state in KDE:Unstable:Frameworks (which can be safely installed with your stable desktop) =)

I know it's still in Alpha. According to kde.org it should be stable by the time 13.2 is released.
There's stable, and there's stable ;-)
True, but - release in June/July so plenty of time to asses the 'stable' part. And following the plans and discussions I can imagine it will be quite doable, perhaps in ways better than the 4.x series ever was... :D
Cheers, Hrvoje
