We got the proposal to move to a single repository named KDE:Latest which holds the latest KDE release and is build against all supported openSUSE releases. Downside is that the user no longer has a choice which KDE release. The only choice is whether to stay with the KDE release coming with the openSUSE release (and the possible maintenance updates) or to switch to the KDE:Latest repo.
Go ahead, I've never used anything other than latest and factory. Having more than two stable branches seems to be too much work for negligible gain.
