actually, this point was a bit misleading: We'd like to ship minor updates to the KDE version the openSUSE release included. That means, openSUSE 12.2 will not get KDE4.9.x via an update (it was released with 4.8.4 and got an update to 4.8.5 already - the last one in the 4.8.x cycle) 12.3 can benefit from this change though...
