Which means the always better working 'zypper dup' will "downgrade" the packages while 'zypper up' will keep the older packages with higher rev.
Unfortunately, zypper dup has a bug, that forces all packages without a packager tag to reinstall...
and the openSUSE build service complains if your specfiles HAVE a packager tag...
