Just inserting myself into this thread. Yes that works but only if you are in that folder and right click it to get the menu. It would be nice it it were in the top tool bar also.
So why do you not edit the toolbar and add the button?
It's also in the main window's Message menu, and the shortcut is ctrl-shift-n.
Sorry guys, that is not an option in the edit toolbars. At least in mine.

Select the folder containing the mailing list messages in the Folder List. Click on the Folder Menu in the Menu bar Select 'Mailing List Management' (3rd from bottom) Select 'Folder holds a mailing list' Click 'Detect Automatically' Click OK.
You should now have all the 'Reply to List', New Message to Mailing List' etc options.
Yes, Your are correct. I have set up mailing list management for several years now in that manner. I see the new message to mailing list in the top menu but it is greyed out and unselectable, and yes, I am in a folder that contains a mailing list when I do that. Not to worry though. I just right click on the folder and select new message from there. works fine. I was just adding my .02 cents worth.
