That's a very good news!
But for an user standpoint how we can test/use such plug-in?
I've not yet noticed its presence into the habitual main/right-clicks options.
If you have Evolution 3.0, then Menu -> Message -> Remove duplicate messages. You will find same option in right click pop up when you select multiple messages.
