Title: Zypper / YAST should cache partially downloaded packages

- openSUSE-11.4: Unconfirmed
+ openSUSE Distribution: Evaluation by engineering manager
Priority
- Requester: Important
+ Requester: Desirable

Description:
Hello,
I have a flaky internet connection. So it's important for me to be able
to resume partially downloaded files. I would like the YAST software
manager and Zypper to resume downloads of packages where I left off in
case of any error.
Thanks!

I had to suspend to disk while installing 11.3 and, when I restarted,
YaST continued from half way through downloading the package. So some
of the functionality to implement this appears to be present already.
