Feature added by: Roger Luedecke (Shadowolf7) Feature #313048, revision 1 Title: Require all packages with books to install to common directory and symlink home Package Wishlist: Unconfirmed Priority Requester: Mandatory Requested by: Roger Luedecke (shadowolf7) Partner organization: openSUSE.org Description: Many books and manuals can be installed from repos. Most go in to some space in the /usr/share. Require all books and manuals that do not have their own interface (such as KDE help or man pages) to install to one common e-book directory (/usr/share/ebooks?) and to create a symlink in users home directories (under Documents probably, or a new Books directory). Business case (Partner benefit): openSUSE.org: New users will see books or manuals and add the package, but not know where the files are. This would alleviate that issue. -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/313048
