Right the same appliance has to made and configured for the 64 bit architecture. Business case (Partner benefit): openSUSE.org: Sometimes an appliance is available is 32bit version, but a 64bit is desired so it can run natively on a 64bit system. -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/312942
