Tablet notebooks (especially the fancy new ones with Wacom pressure-
sensitive screens) have a physical button to rotate the screen, in case
you want to hold the tablet in portrait/landscape mode. We need to
capture the XF86RotateWindows keysym, and rotate the laptop's display.
