Zypper remove package A. Packages B and C keep installed when they are not longer necessary. Zypper should can autoremove packages B and C. This is already implemented in other popular package managers like apt- get in Debian. This is very useful to keep a clean Suse installation along the time. Packages may have a flag that indicates if they were automatically installed by other package, or they were installed manually by the user. + Discussion: + #1: Stephan Binner (beineri) (2009-10-21 09:34:48) + Duplicate of https://features.opensuse.org/300758 -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/308148
