development. But more often than not, they simply provide more recent
versions of certain software packages. Thus, in a way, Leap users have
more reason to want to include devel repos than TW users. Obviously,
that doesn't work well for complex repos which require updates of core
libraries. But for others repos, why not?
older distros while moving on the bleeding edge can be an interesting
exercise. Of course its sometimes not possible, but it's often
worthwhile to try.
