It's not supposed to work at all. There's a couple of packages
that still contain those files, but they have no effect AFAICT.

Aha .. guess: the _service file is supposed to replace this but
searching the content aka file names within tar ball is not possible
I guess ;}

There's also the Release: tag in the prjconf, which changes the format
of the generated Release: tag in the spec file.
