It seems possible with TW-cli:

Does anyone work with TW-cli?

I do. I find it perfect to avoid updating when broadcom-wl from Packman didn't
get rebuilt for the new kernel for some reason while also being able to
install new packages without worrying about possible binary incompatibilities.
And the utility is in Tumbleweed itself, so you can use zypper to install it
out-of-the-box.
