It still has a "Package-Group" view that is doing something atleast on my tumbleweed install maybe that's a bug.
I am not sure what "Package-Group" is supposed to refer to, graphically. Here are my screenshots, there is clearly a "RPM Group" view (within the Search feature) in 42.1, but not in TW.

Hmm, in my graphical yast2 of TW 20191014, there's still a Package Groups view:
Aha! So the Qt interface is quite different. Its View dropdown has 6 components: Patterns, Package Groups, Languages, Repositories, Search, Installation Summary. The ncurses "View" dropdown has 5 components: Technical Data, Package Description, Package Versions, File List, Dependencies. Quite inconsistent... Anyhow, the Package-Group bit in the yast qt ui has its own classification, and you can equally ask questions about that: why is "chafa" in "Games"? and not in "Graphics"? By having a separate index just for yast means half as many driveby contributions, so of course it can be expected that index has a worse quality that frustrates some people. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
