Other suggestion where to place it?

googletest and docbook_5 are already in the distribution, so nothing
needs to be done for those. That is, unless you need other versions
for old openSUSE targets.

I see docbook5-xsl-stylesheets only available up to Leap 42.3 - or did the
name change somehow?

In general I have no problem to use graphics as devel-project, unless you have
no problem with branching in all packages that are needed for build (and are
not yet in Leap15/TW)
