open build service.

Not considered an output of the openSUSE Project?

For the purposes of legal indemnity, license responsibility, and
trademark, the official answer is "No" on the grounds that the
packages are not legally or quality reviewed by openSUSE, and are
signed by the OBS: private key

Fingerprint 660f d3f9 f166 02a3 722a bf6d e842 0ab8 c5c2 19e7

as opposed to the openSUSE Private Key: 22C0 7BA5 3417 8CD0 2EFE 22AA
B88B 2FD4 3DBD C284

The Open Build Service is considered an output of the OBS Team, who
obviously contribute to the openSUSE Project, but that doesn't make
their work 'ours' in a legal sense.

I would be interested in seeing that change.
