Use the devel project until this is done:

I'm back from vacation. I see that this request has been accepted.
However now I get this problem:

Problem: nothing provides rubygem(ruby:2.2.0:pathutil:0) >= 0.9
needed by ruby2.2-rubygem-jekyll-3.4.3-1.1.x86_64

I have updated the bug accordingly. I cannot find "pathutil" on
