Haven't had the need to edit accounts, but I confirm I see this too. Did you already report this at bugs.kde.org .
not yet, there are a lot of parts to this (new auth), upstream/distro/user installation. I want to check first if its universal issue and if there are relevant distro specific changes made (there are lots of posts recently regarding rollout where upstream deflect saying there are distro changes required but i dont think these are the same issue). It could also be a bad installation change (i.e. my question regards deleting/remake my imap account) If i had to **guess** the problem from reading terminal messages and noticing suspend times it looks like there is a persistent auth connection which gets shut down on sustained inactivity (long suspend), after which kmail/ akonadi is unable to recover (i.e. re-establish a new connection). the accounts/gui issue could be a seperate bug or bad interface design. next time you leave computer for more than an hour or so you could try suspend/hibernate and see if things break on return. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
