[opensuse-factory] /etc/resolv.conf + NetworkManager upgrade bug still present

Hi, I updated a Tumbleweed system today that wasn't updated since before the /etc/resolv.conf + NetworkManager bug. I was surprised that the bug hit me after the upgrade; no Internet access and I had to delete /etc/resolv.conf and restart NetworkManager. Wasn't this ever fixed?
