The package should be referenced by SOURCE URL in the .spec file.
Is there a way to do it if last part of the URL doesn't match tarball name? E.g. if upstream tarball URL is https://github.com/LubosD/twinkle/archive/v1.10.1.tar.gz but the tarball itself is named twinkle-1.10.1.tar.gz ?
