[opensuse-factory] Latest boost(?) update breaks deluge (was New Tumbleweed snapshot 20151229 released!)

Hi list, I've filed a bug report here https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=960496, and also there's someone with same issue in forums — https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/512393-deluged-(-deluge-daemon-)-... Duplicating it here so it would be harder to miss in case I've filed the issue improperly.
