This problem is fixed for me with Tumbleweed release 20151201 (missed
the announcement for it here). Just do a 'zypper dup'.

mentions that a fix is on the way but I also confirmed the issue right now with the current Tumbleweed snapshot. I reopened the bug. I hope nobody minds. But I think it should just be closed when the fix was verified in a Tumbleweed snapshot or updated state.
