Also the difference of Leap from Factory was totally surprising to me. It was well advertised on this list that not all Factory packages would be ported to leap and that in many cases it may be up to maintainer whether the package goes in or not. On several occasions there was also a list posted of packages in 13.2 that wern't currently in leap. For example I noticed frozen bubble wasn't in leap and by the time I got to adding it 3 other people had already submitted requests.
How one submits packages to Leap?
You used to submit the package from openSUSE:Factory into openSUSE:Leap:42.1, but submissions were closed at the start of October to give time for a legal review. Whether anyone would allow new packages now i'm unsure but someone else can probably answer. You may need to wait for 42.2 given its now well past all deadlines etc, but then again i'm just a maintainer and not really involved in the process.
