Hello
FYI:
Thanks Johannes
I don't quite understand what you mean with this:
"When you use YaST, it starts and enables cups-browsed as needed. When you do not use YaST, you need to set up things on your own."
On my desktop Leap test system, I do use YaST, but I normally don't have to do anything to get printers working. What would I do with YaST to get cups-browsed automatically started and enabled?
Okay, I guess this is it: install yast2-printer run yast2-printer and enable network printers. Yes, I wouldn't normally have to do that. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (11.0°C) http://www.hostsuisse.com/ - dedicated server rental in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
