Obviously, %is_opensuse is for leap & tw. classic_opensuse (%suse_version
<=
1320 && %suse_version != 1315) is not touched.

Then %is_opensuse is not a replacement for %suse_version == 1315

1315 is not used for *any* openSUSE product but *only* for
SLES-12 based products. And the core of Leap is SLES-12
based AFAIU ;P

Therefore I'd like to know what the users say about the
network schemes.

*Is* there a majority of the users which indeed prefere to
use the predictable networl naming.

I had already post a ballot paper and I'd like to see
some results.
