At least the fan slowed down after a while after login now. On 13.2 it slow down as mentioned a few seconds after boot.

As the sensors 3.4.0 package is not available for Leap yet, I tried and got installed the package for Tumbleweed instead.
There is some differences between the output of sensors for Leap and 13.2 as follows, but sorry it doesn't telle me much:
