Control Panel, Power, Blank Screen => Never.

Why didn't I look there, I wonder. Maybe because the screen doesn't
enter really a power save mode, but just hides the contents and
displays a large clock.

That's just the first phase, after a (pre-defined) while, the screen
will no doubt go into power-save mode.
