I don't have the exact same problem, but sometimes plasmashell hangs after a resume, or provides thousands of lines of output with "nouveau:" and some hex number, and some graphics glitches (missing digits in panel clock, ...). Sometimes all 3 symptoms occur, sometimes only one of them
After killing plasmashell and restarting it, everything is fine.
same here - and still existing after the latest snapshot 8-<
So to me this looks like a weird interaction between plasmashell (Qt) and the updated nouveau stuff.
I tried to find any hint on the net - but nothing. [...]
