The correct style for .changes files is: - 1 level + 2 level - 3 level . 4th level
read the packaging guidelines about the .changes file and live with it. (https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Creating_a_changes_file_%28RPM%29 lists basically EVERY example with this notion)
