I don't know why the different sizes. Those are the SYSTEM_DRV and Lenovo_Recovery partitions and were installed by the restore DVDs on the new drive and as from the factory on the old one.
Have you checked the contents of the small partition. The Dell Recovery "partition"[sic], was relocated to a *FILE* inside the windows directory in Win7.
