Just updated my factory-virtualbox and got:

52 packages to upgrade, 1425 to downgrade, 2 new, 3 to remove, 1 to change vendor, 1 to change arch.

and is downloading as expected. Will be some time, 10 minutes or so, before 1477 finish downloading and installation proceeds but will advise if I see problems
