[opensuse-factory] Question about missing repos in RC2 (eg)

I installed RC2 yesterday.
The list of repos has packman (for example) missing - but I need to use and try out vlc.
I manually added the packman repo but as it doesn't yet have an entry for 12.3 I used 12.2. I installed vlc but haven't tried it yet.
Looking at the packman download directory there is the entry Factory. Should I have used this Factory rather than 12.2 when adding packman to the list of repos in RC2?
