Hi all,
I saw quite a few packages fail to build in games for Factory due to a missing GL/glu.h this is provided by glu-devel. Since recently up to and including openSUSE 12.2 Mesa-devel has a requirement for Mesa-libGLU-devel. This package doesn't exist any more. This dependency can now be solved by glu-devel.
I wonder has the dependency been removed accidentally or is it planned. If it's not planned it no use to fix involved packages. If it's planned the packages can be fixed by adding this to the spec file:
%if 0%{?suse_version} > 1220 BuildRequires: glu-devel %endif
Let's see ... what *exactly* complains about missing GL/glu.h ? can you post the compile time error ? If the error comes from the sources or headers of the application you are compiling then it is a bug in your package. If the error comes from from a third party header then it is a bug in the package where the error comes from. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
