Is anyone successfully using a UMTS data stick with 12.2 (or Factory or 12.1 with kernel 3.4 or later for that matter)?
Well, not exactly a data stick but a Qualcomm Gobi 2000. That is an internal WWAN adapter accessed by a ttyUSB device like data sticks. And it works using 12.2 RC 2.
I always get
pppd[7116]: unrecognized option 'wwan0'
since that is what NetworkManager now passes to pppd instead of ttyUSBX and failed to find a way to change that on the user side. [...]
