I was waiting for the promised in the changelog "separate packages" for
several months, but now we face the release and there is no indication
that the C++ API package is going to be submitted. I very much urge
everybody not to break things if you are not going to fix it.

The user ocefpaf@xxxxxxxxx removed the C++ and Fortran APIs from netcdf
package with a changelog entry
"Fortran and C++ APIs are now in separate packages."

He then tried to build the Fortran API package in his home repo
He even did not try to build the C++ API which is needed for my package.

*Upstream* splitted the tarball, it's clearly indicated in the package
changelog. Now we miss netcdf-c++, you opened a bug report a few hours
ago... just wait.
