I'm just as frustrated as you are, but as a matter of fact we have orphaned packages where the project maintainers don't even bother to add people to the package maintenance. maintainers about old requests - but still this is a very common situation ;( obs-autosubmit was the solution for (lazy) developers not submitting their packages to factory, perhaps we need some obs-autoaccept too - unless someone does have a good alternative.
