I should just replace all those?
No, you should just remember to disable randomization after installing the latest openSUSE.
Just so I'm clear: A individual package can be recompiled to work in a randomized environment, or the machine as a whole can be set not to randomize? So openSUSE for non-legacy users would work on getting all the apps to work in a randomized environment, but for users that have apps where that is not possible, then can disable it for their machine.
