It's not a matter of GTK3 but rather due to the fact that noone has created a unified GTK2/3 theme for openSUSE. Even Adwaita is inconsistent since its GTK2 variant is simply Clearlooks.
Ever checked out #GNOME-Shell on Deviantart? They have a openSUSE Sonar theme for both GTK2 and GTK3...
Yes, Vincent even packaged it, see gtk3-metatheme-sonar in Factory. Unfortunately it is currently unusable. I've contacted the author who said he'd work on it after taking a break first.
He did an update that seems to work nicely with GTK+ 3.2, but there's no new tarball. Can you maybe request a new tarball?
Sure, what update are you referring to though? The last version seems to be from August 28th.
He came on irc a few days ago, and showed some progress via screenshots. Vincent -- Les gens heureux ne sont pas pressés. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
