One might think this belongs in some other list because AFAICT FF3.6 is no longer available in 12.1. Nevertheless, those with the knowledge and the power to do anything should more likely see this than some post elsewhere. How is subject possible? I strongly object to UI changes that came about in FF4, and so enable the Mozilla repo and 'zypper al mozilla-xulrunner20 mozilla-js20' in 11.3, 11.4 & Tumbleweeds to prevent installation of FF post-3.6. This worked until about yesterday. Now FF5 installs anyway. How is one supposed to keep getting automatic upgrades from the 3.6 branch if locking out dep 20s doesn't work? Are required js and xulrunner now built into FF5 instead of it using support packages, like a static build? Also, shouldn't dup be required instead of up to get 3.6 branch replaced by 5.0 branch? -- "The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive."
