Because not all developers are subscribed to opensuse-factory. Even if
they were, opensuse-factory is not the right forum for tracking issues.
Bugzilla maintains the dialog, offers attachments, maintains state, and
offers other features that email threads don't.

I try to stay on top of things, but you can bank on the fact that I will
not use a mailing list search to keep on top of the issues I'm tracking.

There are probably too many bugs reported, if I see that not all are
fixed?

With limited resources come limited results. Again, bug reports are not
all created equal. I definitely want to see openSUSE succeed, but I do
have a life outside of it.
