"Rpm -qa | grep wallpaper" came up with "kdeartwork4-weatherwallpapers-4.4.3-2.1.noarch". I don't know if that was the best way to find it but I hope so.
Here's a better search technique: look in your desktop's config dialog for the name of the wallpaper, then look in /usr/share (as the standard location for non-variable, non-binary system data) .../wallpapers for the corresponding files, then rpm -qf <filename> those. And here's one I prepared earlier: The default wallpaper comes in the packages kdebase4-workspace-branding- openSUSE (KDE) and desktop-data-openSUSE (others).

This new wallpaper seems to not work correctly as well as not be pleasant to look at. It is cute but why do we need it. Black borders
I don't know if we have the sam default wallpaper, but I really like it.
1. It leaves small rectangular boxes with print from something that was moved from that point, The 2. The Date/Calender when pulled up is only black with 3 very tiny squares. Using the "Digital Clock Setting" changed the image - however it is still incorrect. 3 The left hand area where the icons are lacks contrast on the side bar used for adjustment. It works but you need to guess at where the button are
First, maybe it's worth mentioning which desktop you're using. I can only guess it's not GNOME since there's no "Digital Clock Setting", but...
The other problems sound like 1) graphics driver problem, 2) rendering problem in the calendar popup from the clock and 3) really not sure what you're referring to. Please make bug reports with attached screenshots so we can assess these properly.
