Tried the WebSearch feature from YaST. It doesn't return a single
package, independent what you try to search.
Examples: amarok, webpin, gnome-panel.

Is there additional config required?

Btw.. thats yast2-packager-webpin-2.19.6-1.3.x86_64...

Hmm :( Unfortunately, this always happens with not-yet-released versions of
SUSE, as those repositories are of susetags type, while webpin search can only
work with rpm-md repos. See https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=431939
for reference, it's pretty old bug with lotta users in Cc: and quite some
votes.

Otoh, there were some rumours that susetags repo indexing is WIP, but I have
no clue what's the status now.

The solution is to
1) wait until final release of 11.3
2) trick webpin into believing that you're actually on openSUSE 11.2 (already
released) by editing /etc/SuSE-release manually and find and install binary-
incompatible packs from 11.2 on 11.3

You don't wanna do 2)

fB.
