Hi,

Are all the ISO images for M7 hybrid images?

I'd like to take openSUSE-DVD-Build0625-i586.iso dump it to a USB stick
and install it on a Netbook for testing.

Thanks,
Robert

Currently, only the LiveCDs are hybrid
(check with fdisk -l openSUSE-DVD-Build0625-x86_64.iso ).
For DVD and NET isos you would still have to use the old way, which (in
spite of the wiki saying so) is not all obsolete:
http//en.opensuse.org/SuSE_install_from_USB_drive

It is also written about DVDs being able to boot from USB at
http://en.opensuse.org/Live_USB_stick and

You can install syslinux and call isohybrid *.iso - then you can boot them
from usb too. Kiwi has no support to generate hybrid install media yet ;(

Greetings, Stephan
