Being quite adventurous and nosey, I installed and tried gnome and evolution. I have removed evolution returned to kde4, but gnome-keyring-daemon has gone wild. I have had as high as 2000 instances revealed by 'ps aux' and matching directories in /tmp. This seems amiss and searches reveal others with concerns and some bug reports which seem to be "fixed". Not here. I have removed the keyring directory from ~/.config/autostart/gnome-keyring-daemon.desktop as was suggested on one of the searches, to no avail. Is someone familiar with this condition and is their a solution short of removing all of the gnome*.rpm's? tks, -- Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA HOG # US1244711 http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://counter.li.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
