Depends what you call "getting gnome-do on my desktop" :-) If it's having it being autostarted so that it's available, then it will still be there. If it's it being visible at login, then this is fixed. Of course, there's also the possibility to not install gnome-do by default, but this was a decision that was made a few cycles ago, and we'd probably need a good reason to revisit it.
