According to http://en.opensuse.org/Roadmap/11.2 we are talking about: Sun, Aug 02 openSUSE 11.2 Milestone 5 Release as "Feature and version freeze for the complete distribution". I'm not quite sure if we will have final releases at that point but it could still make sense to ship what is the latest beta then.
