No, we don't. Not two _keyboard_layouts. The keyboard is the same regardless of the language we type. My keyboard is Spanish, and I use the exact same keyboard in Spanish and English. Same physical keyboard, same layout, same keys. What we change is the dictionary, the application language, things like money symbol or date format... but not the keyboard.
